Spin Polishing Machine for Low-Pressure Turbine (LPT) Disc

In collaboration with SAESL to drive towards safer, more consistent and more repeatable refurbishment of turbine components in the aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sector. Manual polishing remains labor intensive task that demands high operator skill and exposes the process to variation and inconsistency. This project help developed more reliable, modular and semi-autonomous polishing system that support consistent surface finishing, improves traceability and reduces operator workload.
